Do you offer personalised or custom orders?

Do you offer rush orders?
If you require your order in a rush, please email me at info@creativemerakigifts.com with details and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.
Do you include price information with orders?
No, we never include price information when shipping out the order.
I entered the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If the address is incorrect and your order is still in processing, email me right away at info@creativemerakigifts.com to see if I can adjust it. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all related fees for the return and re-shipping of the item.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Sadly, I am unable to ship internationally and to Northern Ireland currently - only to UK.

How long will it take my order to reach me?
Orders may take up to 5-7 business days to be dispatched as the majority of my products are made to order. I will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as I can and you will receive notification once it has been shipped. Please note that this is in addition to the delivery transit times.If you require a rush order, please do contact me and I will be happy to assist if I can
